Cost: $20. Wear long loose pants and long sleeved shirt in neutral colors for zazen and hiking. Also: meditation instruction, chanting, formal vegetarian lunch, Zen talk by Genro Milton Sensei, discussion and tea. Meet in front of the EMNC Lodge at Camp Lackawanna, May 28, 1 to 4 p. m. Lesko will wander the forest looking for animal signs and at the health of the plants, blooming flowers, and search the trees along the river for bald eagles and other birds. Wear sneakers or hiking boots, dress in layers, and bring a water bottle or purchase one at the EMNC store. Cost: Suggested donation $45, students, $30. Bus transportation from St. John&rsquo.
