Helen’s Lingerie Boutique, a tiny shop whose shelves are crammed with carefully organised boxes, has been on O’Connell Street in Dungarvan, Co Waterford, for 25 years. ROSITA BOLAND begins a three-part series on our main streets with a visit to not-thriving-but-surviving Dungarvan, in Co Waterford.
