CARLSBAD: A 44-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman were arrested at 1:15 a. m. March 11 on La Costa Avenue on suspicion of possessing heroin. CARLSBAD: A 43-year-old woman was arrested at 7:15 p. m. March 5 on Carlsbad Village Drive on charges of battery of a peace officer. CARLSBAD: A 22-year-old man was arrested at 10:07 p. m. March 6 on East Pointe Avenue on suspicion of battery, making criminal threats and possessing a controlled substance.
