Except for large events, most days and evenings there is plenty of parking in the Landing Parking Lot, on the streets and in the hotel parking garage. With all the talk about parking issues at the Landing it is understandable that many people perceive that going to the Landing would be a hassle. The Landing needs to run a positive radio campaign touting the businesses and events at the Landing. The City and the Landing need to inform the public about what they are missing. These warm evenings with extended daylight hours are the perfect time to unwind and enjoy yourself at the Landing and Downtown. Without small business growth, the decline will continue and with no affordable store frontage no small business will come. FACT 85 to 90 percent of all business in America is considered to be small business.
